If iI have a copper conductor and for. For a while, I apply 12kVa voltage of $12kV$ DC from anothera source and then put that voltage away. After removing the source, will the conductor stay charged from the source if is not earthed? And then ifWill it discharge when I connect the conductor to the earth it will discharge?
