Hello!

I am a 46 year old mathematician/statistician. I did my BA at Cambridge, my master's and PhD at Brown on Applied Mathematics, Applications that have to do with medical physics. I have published 12 papers so far on interaction between ionizing radiation and matter.

In my job I use no more than 25% of what I know on the subject so this site is great for me since I get to discuss matters of all kinds of levels and branches of mathematics, from the very basic to the most advanced.

I just love science!
