why Why the potential at positive terminal is considered to be high?

even though it's the electrons that move from negative terminal of the battery andand gets move along the external circuit and finally enters the positive terminal of the battery and due to battery force move again to its negative part, so what should i consider  , canncan anyone clear it ?
