I am wondering if the Huygens' principle is valid for the waves under the presence of wind? That is we say that if we drop a pebblestone in a calm pond, then the wavefronts satisfy in the principle.
Now my question is that what happens in a pond under the presence of a small wind? That is a small wind is blowing and we drop the peddlestone. Whether the wavefronts still satisfy in the principle?
By a small wind I mean $||W||<1$, where $W$ in the wind.
