Formula of angular Angular velocity: w=vr$\omega = vr$ or w=v$\omega = v/rr$?

Which one is the formula of angular velocity? Is it w= vr$\omega= vr$? If not then why mvr=nh/2pi wheres mvrdoes the source below use $mvr=nh/2\pi$, where $mvr$ is angular momentum and vr$vr$ is angular velocity!? Again w=v/r$\omega=v/r$ shows radian per second!. I saw w= vr$\omega= vr$ in one book and w= v/r$\omega= v/r$ in another! Plz someone help!
