I have a **hypothetical** question that hopefully makes sense considering only the rudimentary amount of knowledge I have on *Special Relativity*.
Assume I am in a spaceship rotating around a spherical satellite, which emits electromagnetic signals (*read wifi compatible signal*) , at a **non negligible fraction of the speed of light** (*consider for the sake of argument that I am not harmed*), at a fixed radius. If my spaceship had a mobile wifi hotspot(*that can access the signals*), and if I were to download information f, would the download speed go up or down compared to when I am stationary with respect to the satellite?
Also consider that there is negligible attenuation.
