How Einstein's general theory of relativity implies Earth's gravity?

I am new to physics and i learn a little bit about gravity from Einstein's perspective. The gist is that Heavy objects create curvature on space time and the free falling objects moves on the straight lines on the curvature.

But i am failing to understand that how this applied to the objects inside earth. for example why elephants don't make space time curvatures and dust go around him ? or simply how the space time curvatures works inside a planet.
