Wifi in my spaceship at high speed

I have a **hypothetical** question that hopefully makes sense considering only the rudimentary amount of knowledge I have on *Relativity*.

Assume I am in a spaceship orbiting around a spherical satellite, at a **fixed radius**. The satellite emits electromagnetic signals (*read wifi compatible*) which are spherically symmetric. If my spaceship had a mobile wifi hotspot (*that can access the signals*), and if I were to download information , would the download speed go up or down compared to when I am stationary with respect to the satellite?

Also consider that there is negligible attenuation.
