**The mass that makes up your body and everything inside your body is attracting Pluto.** If you did not exist, then that mass would take other forms, and it would still attract Pluto by the same amount. I don't want to offend, but you know where all your mass came from, and where it's going. It would likely be in one of those forms had you not been conceived, and would still attract Pluto. _Pluto is not affected by the fact that you are alive in any way._

Let us assume that you have a mass of 60 Kilograms. Pluto is 7.5*10^9 kilometers away, that is 4.5 light hours. Pluto's mass is 1.3×10^22 KG.

The force that you attract Pluto by (and Pluto attracts you by) is:

    F = G   *   M1   *     M2     /   d^2
      = 6.7*10^-11 *   60   * 1.3*10^22  / (7.5*10^12)^2
      = 9.2*10^-13 Newtons

**For comparison, this is the gravitational force of approx 100 bacteria on earth.**

Though other posters mention your light-cone, I doubt that your mass differs significantly over the course of a 4.5 hour period. Technically, the force that you exert on Pluto _right now_ is your mass from 4.5 hours ago. Don't eat or go to the toilet for 4.5 hours, and you'll be fine.
