In certain models of string theory it is predicted that many vacua may exist. These vacua could be governed by different effective laws of low-energy physics resulting from different symmetry breaking processes at low energy.

But is there any similar model or theory where multiple vacua could have different fundamental symmetries (resulting in vacua with different fundamental laws of physics like different conservation laws)?
