I am working on a project and I am trying to build augmented reality glasses. I have a question about focusing the projection from screen and the real object on the far distance at the same time. How can I make the eye to see both focused at the same time when the real object is far away (like 20 meters away)? What kind of lens (or lenses) should I put in between the screen and the reflector to achieve that? Please see photos/illustration for more details:

On the photo you can see: 1. phone screen (on top) displaying an image of a ball.
2. reflection glass positioned at 45 degree reflecting the image of the ball from the phone screen.
3. real clock on the wall visible through the reflection.

My goal is to be able to focus the real clock and the virtual reflected ball at the same time. In the picture you can see when clock is focused the ball is out focus and when the ball is in focus the clock is out of focus. I understand that it can be achieved if I move the screen physically away but we cannot move too much away because it suppose to be wearable glasses and also the real object could be 20 meters away. What kind of lens (or lenses) should I put in between the screen and the reflector to achieve that?
