A tad confused on how the Kibble balance actually relates to the Planck Constant. There's most likely a very simple relationship that I'm missing (I feel this is a stupid question ..)

If the Kibble Balance uses the equation that

m = VI/gv

where m = mass, V = voltage, I = current, g = gravitational potential and v = velocity; and Planck's constant is used in the formula

E(photon) = hc/λ

then how do these relate? None of the same variables apply to both. Voltage is energy for Joule's / Charge and Ohm's law relates voltage and current, but does not mention electron energy or wavelength.

Help?
