# Are there known expressions for the running of $\alpha_{em}(Q^2)$ and $\sin^2(\theta_{W})$?

I'm doing some integrations in Hadron physics, involving form factors and the like, and these terms show up often. I can get okay results if I use the values these couplings take at $$Q^2=0$$, but a parametrization in terms of $$Q^2$$ (and likely some renormalization scheme dependant constant) would be enormously helpful.
