I cannot find on the internet references on this topic, so I'm trying to post my question on this forum, this is the first time I post here.
I can't understand the difference between "normal" transitions in hyperfine atomic model and those excited by "magic" wavelength.
In what sense are this wavelength and the relative transition special? Are they different from other transitions? Is the concept of "magic" wavelength related to Stark spectroscopy, if it is, in what sense?
