Which techniques and devices are able to measure the wavelength/frequency of a UV lamp within the wavelength range of 50nm - 300nm?

Is a VUV Optical spectrometer the right device for this?

  • $\begingroup$ A wavemeter (or wavelength meter) is a kind of interferometer which is used for precise wavelength measurements on laser beams. (rp-photonics.com/wavemeters.html) Since the light source is not a laser, I suppose that wavemeters are out? $\endgroup$ – Nick Russler Mar 15 at 18:21
