If a 100% coherent laser was directed onto a mirror at a high angle of incidence, for example 89 degrees from the plane normal, and we assume that the mirror is perfectly or near perfectly flat, does the Law of Reflection still apply in full, and will the reflected beam of light maintain the level of coherence and intensity as the incident beam?

If this is not the case, are there governing equations or relationships that can be applied to determine the properties of the reflected beam?
