This is a literature request. I remember being told of a Complex Analysis textbook that teaches the Cauchy-Riemann equations and Potential Theory using Fluid Dynamics. Does anyone know who the author might be?

Before answering, please see our policy on resource recommendation questions. Please write substantial answers that detail the style, content, and prerequisites of the book, paper or other resource. Explain the nature of the resource so that readers can decide which one is best suited for them rather than relying on the opinions of others. Answers containing only a reference to a book or paper will be removed!

  • $\begingroup$ This isn't the normal way we handle resource recommendation requests; typically these questions ask for books in a given subject. specific-reference may apply, but not sure. $\endgroup$ – Kyle Kanos Sep 3 '18 at 21:47

  • $\begingroup$ I don't think it's off topic as is, but the tags probably should be swapped out. If you could add other details about the book, it might help others figure it out also. $\endgroup$ – Kyle Kanos Sep 4 '18 at 0:06
