Is magnetic flux observed in non conducting-conducting materials too? If yes then EMF should be induced in non conducting-conducting materials too as per Faraday's law; although ilaw. However, I have srudiedread that "motional and rotational" EMF cannot be induced in non conducting-conducting materials because these involve role of charges specifically and the latter do not have free charges. Still, but iI cannot seem to get over whether they can induce EMF or not in other cases of EMI.
Added "electric-fields" tag and fixed some English mistakes, thought still needs editing. Not well written.
