If true, that suggests to me that quantum features are not necessary to account for macroscopic magnetism. Were you intending to argue for or against that?

Jun 20, 2022 at 10:10 comment added electronpusher Interesting. I've heard it said that ferromagnetism is a "quantum phenomenon". If treating electrons as little magnetic dipoles is sufficient to explain ferromagnetism, then isn't classical physics sufficient?
