A merger of two black holes is a process observed based exclusively on the external metric that is exactly the same for black and white holes. Also, during the merger of two black holes no object crosses any horizon. So clearly two white holes can merge exactly the same way as two black holes. Even more strongly, no difference between a black and non-radiating white hole can be observed from outside, period. And a white hole cannot radiate without the infinite past. | |
