This is the image used in Wikipedia. The conformal boundary here is the boundary of a cylinder. I would also recommend looking at lectures on AdS space. | |

Being interested in AdS/CFT, I would love to see some of the "other visual representations" that you mention in the last paragraph. Are you aware of any reputable paper/book that shows such a thing (since OP just made it by hand)? | |
