Jun 6, 2021 at 1:34 comment added Vivek Pandey But if we just observe a wave from a different frame( let's say a frame that is moving with a constant velocity with respect to the frame in which the wave is traveling), will then the frequency change? Here we don't know anything about the source of the wave.
