What i'm saying is that potential energy= work done by gravity( not the net work done). This can be demonstrated by free fall motion. When an object falls, we say that " potential energy of body gets converted into kinetic energy", this is basically another way of saying that work done by gravity is equal to kinetic energy of the body. | |
