The reason for my original question is that I watched the Michael Moore produced documentary ("Planet of the Humans") that depicts the necessity for fossil fuels in order to enable renewable energy. It, basically, makes the case that the idea of renewable energy is not the panacea it is made out to be. Your answer definitely gets to the heart of the matter and even mentions why the industry is pursuing battery technology rather than hydrogen energy extraction. | |
