Aug 8, 2020 at 19:14 comment added Krešimir Bradvica I think maybe I am wrong, the shell will react as a dipole and because its dipole field cannot have paralel field arrows due to finite volume its field cannot ideally cancel out the paralel lines of the external field at all points included the points inside the shell.
