Added a relevant quote
Jul 18, 2020 at 20:01 comment added Roger V. @Fattie Dynamics can be used as either singular or plural: ell.stackexchange.com/a/59384/118488 I think singular is more appropriate in this context... but I am not a native English speaker, so I might be mistaken.
Jul 18, 2020 at 18:52 comment added Fattie @Vadim - is there a minor typo? "their structural dynamics is .." should be "are" ? (or some other tense change)

added more details
Jul 16, 2020 at 3:09 comment added PM 2Ring True, outer shell electron transitions tend to involve visible photons or UV, but inner shell transitions can involve higher energy photons, even X-rays, especially with heavy nuclei.

Jul 15, 2020 at 13:27 comment added amilton moreira you are right @Vadim your answer is satisfactory
Jul 15, 2020 at 13:24 comment added Roger V. @Ruslan you are right that many different things happen in nuclei, and I am not an expert in this respect. However I doubt that the intention of the question was to go into such details. I also took liberty to assume that electron is in an atom, although one could also talk about solid state, molecules and even vibrational transitions in molecules.
Jul 15, 2020 at 13:21 comment added Ruslan Notice that the question mentions proton going from high energy state to a lower one. This doesn't look like a talk about nuclear physics, but rather changes of atomic nucleus-electron system's state.
