May 17, 2023 at 23:20 comment added Systemsplanet "light can collide with matter; a beam of light can set a small wheel (in vacuum) rotating" - this only works if it's not a complete vaccume because the light is heating the air which pushes on the wheel. It's not light pushing the wheel directly.
