May 18, 2018 at 20:19 | comment | added | user93237 | I think that you're going to have a hard time getting accurate distances with accelerations measured by a smart phone accelerometer, if that's what you're thinking. In order to go from acceleration to distance you have to integrate the acceleration time history twice and the accelerometers on smart phones don't seem to be precise enough to get accurate results for distances. | |
