BH are not always collapsed neutron stars (likely rarely so). There's no "if" in whether galaxies move, or that BH are at their centers. Feather and stone don't have the same gravitational field. Galaxy spiral arms are stars and gas and have nothing to do with BH, which have nothing to do (in general) with spinning NS... | |
