It's kind of hard to apply that to the whole Solar system, in real-time (and obviously, much faster than real-time). While we work with local systems all the time (e.g. Conway's Life), they're a lot trickier without the quantization (e.g. Life's cells); not to mention that you need to make many simplifications and optimizations - space is way too big for stupid quantization. | |
