Jun 17, 2014 at 21:34 comment added Melquíades @Peter Horvath I was talking about the Higgs decay rate and not about its mass. The mass of the Higgs is around 126 GeV, but its width is around 5 MeV in the Standard Model.

Apr 28, 2014 at 22:02 comment added Melquíades If your argument holds, then the Higgs decay rate could give us also some information. The SM prediction is around $5\,\rm{MeV}$ and maybe this will be measured at the LHC or the ILC.
