comment Why do beverages taste different based on how cold they are?
Specifically, how does the temperature for example mask certain tastes ie filtered vs unfiltered water taste very similar at colder temp and Is easily distinguishable at room temp?

comment Will a black hole increase the speed of sound above the speed of light in this medium
@RonMaimon: There seems to be a correlation of the propagation of sound and the density of the material. Would we need to adjust the frequency of the sound wave?

comment Why do we still not have an exact definition for a kilogram?
I thought you were asking for the defenition when I have more time this evening I will provide appropriate edits to my question in the links is were my statements stride.

comment Why do we still not have an exact definition for a kilogram?
Our ability to measure kilograms to any non arbitrary accuracies is extremely limited; therefore the determination of associated mass described in kilograms is innacurate.

comment According to General Relativity, Does The Past “Exist”?
In my opinion that view is actually counter intuitive. I see the present as a flow above some timelike "river" moving the particles along some dimension of causality. The information already exist and does not become the "jurisdiction" of scientific scrutiny until we can observe it.

comment According to General Relativity, Does The Past “Exist”?
Good opinion how would you then explain someone near a EH owing comparatively in the future and we see them in the past "ie observationally frozen"

comment Fan blade physics
+1 Very possible much older fans can start to wear out usually by slipping of the clutch due to heat stress.

Get a second fan and try to duplicate your results. Have a measuring device to determine wind speed. Size of your room and windows, doors must be kept constant.
