comment What is the proof that the universal constants ($G$, $\hbar$, $\ldots$) are really constant in time and space?
thanx Ron Maimon your answer really helped me a lot.now i will never irritate any of my physics teacher by asking whats the proof that it is a constant...I know very less about higher physics as i am just sixteen but then also i understood your ideas to very high extent ...this post was really helpful for me and i am sure i will look it in future also when my mind becomes at the level as yours...

I am very well convinced with the answer given above but then also there is only one doubt in my mind now ..Why the formula of relative velocity did not work here?please clear this doubt..your concerned answer will help me a lot..
