Hi ... shouldn't $\frac{\partial }{\partial x'} = \frac{\partial }{\partial x} - \frac{1}{V}\frac{\partial }{\partial t}$?? could you elaborate why just $\frac{\partial}{\partial x} = \frac{\partial}{\partial x'}$ ??

the $t=t(\theta)$ is itself an approximating function. Naturally i would expect and approximating function. Seems that it exists from equation $(31)$ in that paper. (+1)

@Ankush The coin is moving in circle means it should be spinning ... with period equal to the period of circular motion.
