I am a PhD candidate at NTU (Singapore) currently researching on open quantum systems, with application to exciton transport in photosynthetic complexes.I'm interested in non-markovian effects in the context of such systems.
I graduated in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. I'm also an audio engineer (Technical Electrical Engineer: multimedia speciality at UC3M, Madrid). My main interest is in Theoretical physics, Information theory, Signal Processing and Statistical physics (non-equilibrium thermodynamics), Quantum Mechanics Foundations and related theories.
I've researched so far on a variety of subjects: Psychoacoustic phenomena (EPFL, Switzerland and Logitech at Portland, OR), micro-reversibility and dissipation (especially Crook's Theorems) at UCM, Madrid and exciton transport in the FMO complex (IEM, CSIC Madrid)
