Is the classical world an illusion? this is getting me very depressed. Is reality an illusion? please help |

Is the classical world an illusion? im still not getting it, this view that the classial world is an illusion based on bits is still his interpretation though? yes or no, please explain in the simpliest layman terms why our classical world is an illusion, if it is at all... |

Is the classical world an illusion? how does this mean the classical world is an illusion.... |

Is the classical world an illusion? vladimir your comment makes no sense, what is a time resoultion and why does the classical world have a certain one and quantum not? |

re-defining the question, field quanta size in field theory? but thats your opinion, mwi says it is real, so the question was under mwi, are they spread infinitely everywhere? |

confusion on quantum field theory any answers mate? |

confusion on quantum field theory and did you have an update for the MWI question I asked which was if the wavefunction doesnt collapse and is literally real, is all matter spread accross all of space infinitely? |

confusion on quantum field theory well hes exact words are the energy could be spread over light years, in general this is not the case either I take it? |

confusion on quantum field theory in general then, field quanta are not thought of though us having there energy spread over all of space? |

re-defining the question, field quanta size in field theory? as I said though, supposing the wavefunction is real and doesnt collapse(just supposing these are true) are the field quanta literally spread everwhere |

confusion on quantum field theory so it isnt literally spread over space like its energy is physically everywhere |

re-defining the question, field quanta size in field theory? anna v and twistor59:, if the wavefunction doesnt collapse and is physically real, are field quantum actually spread over all of space?(assuming MWI) if these facts are true or not is not my arguement, but if they are, are the field quanta spread accross all space? |

confusion on quantum field theory and what does that mean in laymans terms, the energy of the quantum is spread over all of space? |

re-defining the question, field quanta size in field theory? as for these comments anna? "energy of the quantum is spread out over light years" and "implies that a single mode's spatial dependence is sinusoidal and fills all space, so that adding a monochromatic quantum to a field uniformly increases the entire field's energy (uniformly distributed throughout all space!)"? |

re-defining the question, field quanta size in field theory? if you look at the double slit diagram in :physics.uark.edu/hobson/pubs/11.10.TPT.pdf - this shows that he thinks the actual electron is spread as a field and goes through both slits, is he wrong or is this an interpretation only? |
