Do all black holes have a singularity? Strictly speaking, all objects gravitationally lens light. One of the main techniques we use to find extra-solar planets is micro-lensing. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/… |

Is it possible that all neutron stars are actually pulsars? That's more or less equivalent to the "if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound" question. The answer to which is either "Yes!" or "It's all quantum" depending on your view of life. |

What is a capacitive screen sensing? Not sure this passes the "too basic" criteria, can be answered from Wikipedia surely? Vote to close. |

Mathematica to help for an Hamiltonian problem I think this one is grey area, leaning towards computing rather than physics. But not voting to close because you attached a nice graph. Always like a good graph. |

Why is GNUplot so pervasive in Physics when there are much more modern tools? Voting to close. Not only is this off topic, it's not a physics-related question. It's going to cause an argument. Let's just not go there! |

Conversion from FITS to NetCDF? Also voting to close for the same reason. I'd try the round-trip conversion and see how good the Goodard tools turn out to be, you might also want to take a look at Starlink CONVERT. I can't remember whether it handles netCDF though. |
