Calculating the stability/invertibility of energy maps by multivariate time series model

You have the following energy maps for 14 different structures so about 4-5 pixels for one unit. The color density represents energy.

I am thinking that you can set multivariate time series models from energy maps by vgxqual and vgxset for instance in Matlab.

How are energy maps related to the measure of stability in quantum physics a) by wave models and b) non-commute dynamics?

I think the latter measure is the right one here. There may be different models too to measure stability however.

The stability should be measure a norm. So the simplest case is the square root of the the pixels where the parameter is squared. –  Masi Nov 26 '13 at 12:26
