I remember once reading that Planck or some other prominent figure in quantum physics said that the theory (probably Planck length or Planck time in particular) is not about the thing what Zeno's paradoxes, in particular about motion, tries to point out. Unfortunately I cannot remember where did I read it.

As I am interested in why exactly did he think that these problems are not, or not very closely, connected, I would like to find a citation on this (should it exist). They seem quite closely resembling each other for some and there must be reasons to consider for the contrary.

Should such a quote exist, could anyone provide me with a source so I can verify its genuineness and unfold the claim?

Zeno's ideas are unrelated to the existance of the Planck length. It isn't obvious if you want an explanation of why they aren't related, which I willing to attempt if you want. I'm afraid I have no idea whether Planck himself ever commented on the issue. – John Rennie Mar 11 at 18:18
