I found this physics paper via a non-duality site and I wished that I could understand it. Could someone please either read it and explain it to me or else point me to pages that would help me understand the necessary concepts? Somehow I don't get the concept of inertial compass. But even if I did understand the terms, I would not be qualified to judge this thesis...

I"m two pages in. I haven't read enough to judge, but several crackpot index markers have been set off. And if I were writing the crackpot index and not John Baez, discussion of Mach's principle in anything but a historical context would be worth points. But I'll get back to you when I get deeper into this. – Jerry Schirmer Feb 4 at 2:38
