What is the basic principle of single molecule force spectroscopy and what is the main difference with chemical force microscopy? Is it possible to obtain true molecular recognition with chemical force microscopy?
how we can obtain dissociation constants between chemical or biological species (like a receptor and a ligand) by AFM?
