CAn anyone provide me some clear links or explanation regarding physics understanding of MOSFET and CMOS? I know CS logic understanding - but I want to know how MOSFET and CMOS are created, and how n-type and p-type interact with each other to create actions.

That sounds like a really broad question, one that could take a textbook to answer. Could you make it more specific exactly what physics principle you're asking about? Once you do, I'll be happy to reopen this. – David Zaslavsky Jan 7 at 7:42
The question(v1) is possibly better suited for electronics.stackexchange.com – Qmechanic Jan 7 at 8:12
It isn't actually too difficult to answer this question, but it should be migrated (or I suggest the OP re-ask) to electronics. – daaxix Jan 7 at 15:30
