What software can I use to visualize the dynamics of a scale-free network of Ising spins? The network has 10,000 nodes and an average of 10 degrees per node. The exponent of the power law is -2.4 for the degree distribution and the maximum degree is around 550.

Try to search "social network visualization" in the stackoverflow, some of them are suitable for your use such as graphviz, networkx and pajek. – hwlau Dec 27 '12 at 17:23
