What is the correct symbol for an ammeter that measures 0..200 mA and generates 0..2 V proportional output?

Are you trying to describe a transimpedance amplifier? I don't know of a standard component symbol for that. You can draw a rectangle and label it :-P – Steve B Nov 10 '12 at 3:34
