Is there any meaningful analog of the Gordon decomposition of the Dirac current

$j^\mu = \frac{ieh}{2m^2c}(\bar{\psi}\frac{∂\psi}{∂x_\mu}-\psi\frac{∂\bar{\psi}}{∂x_\mu})-\frac{eh}{m^2c}\frac{∂}{∂x^\nu}(\bar{\psi}\sigma^{\mu\nu}\psi)$

in spherical coordinates?
