Does anyone know a source where I can get hold of data sets (or papers) generated from nano experiment. To give some examples:

1) Suppose in an experiment, the goal is to produce nanowires or nanotubes, etc. The variables inside the furnace are temperature, pressure, etc…

2) A second example is related to nano reliability. Let say that we have a nanosystem that consists of several nano components. The experimenter would observe the time until this nanosystem would fail.

I’m looking for some data or the papers that present such data.
