I have a wireless security related question, the second part confused me:

Your wireless network usually has a range of 100 feet. However you are having a (confidential) meeting in a 10’ x 10’ x 10’ room but want to use a wireless access point in the room. By how much can you decrease the power to diminish the threats?

If you want to spy on the meeting mentioned previously, from 100 feet away, what is the gain (in dB) of the antenna you need?

In the second part of the question, Does the radius sphere have to be 100 - 10 feet?

In the feet, where no signal at all, how can i modify the antenna to achieve this?
