Does the space-time curvature described by Einstein have any affect on the accuracy of our determination in the age of a star or globular cluster? How does this affect our interpretion of how old we believe the universe to be?

If time moves slower in space when a mass moves at the speed of light, what affect does that have on the solar mass of a star and globular clusters, if any?

Wouldn't this indicate that the process of determining the age of the universe by the distance a star is be faulty due to a star travelling at a speed at which time is manipulated or changes the solar mass of a star?
