Having a functional description of halfspace reaction to a force directed in to the point how to describe its reaction to the Uniformly Distributed Load ( directed in different shapes and forms: rays, ring etc)?

If I'm not mistaken this is a couple of chapters near the end of a typical Engineering Statics text. If that is the case it is probably too broad for a Stack Exchange question. Perhaps you can edit the question to reflect the place where you are stuck a little more precisely. The edit button is right under the tags. Just flag for moderator attention when you are done.
