Let's assume that Johnny Physicist has decided to move from his poor dingy second story apartment, into his much deserved home. Without making modifications to the existing structures? What would be the most work efficient way of moving all of his possessions?

[Lets assume that the apartment is outside facing, and has stairs leading up to it] [Also lets assume that his possessions are a mix of carryable boxes, and large items]

A physicist might try this: Label the boxes 'Kaley Cuoco unrelased', carry one box upstairs, wait, tell everybody who asks "Why you are moving alone?" that this is 'too valuable' for others to carry, let them talk you into helping you. – Alexander Aug 16 '12 at 17:19
